How the ratings work

One number matters: the value index. Here's what goes into it.

1. The benchmark

Every offer is measured against the best repeatable gem rate in the store: 100 gems per dollar. The x2 first-purchase bonus is a one-off and is left out, otherwise nothing would ever beat it.

2. Costing an offer

Each item gets a gem value, taken from the in-game gem shop where possible. Add up the contents, divide by the dollar price, and compare to the benchmark. That ratio is the value index: 1.00x is the same as buying gems, 2.00x is double.

3. Ratings

S 2.00x and above · A 1.50x–1.99x · B 1.20x–1.49x · C 1.00x–1.19x · D below 1.00x, worse than buying gems.

4. FLOOR and Estimated

FLOOR offers contain items the gem shop doesn't sell. They're scored on their priced contents only, so the real value is higher than shown. A FLOOR B could genuinely be an S. Offers that are almost entirely unpriced (below 0.50x on what can be priced) get no rating.

Estimated offers include an item whose gem value is worked out rather than read from the shop, with low or estimate-level confidence. See Item values for the reasoning behind each one.

5. Before you spend

The index measures discount, not usefulness. And check the purchase limit: the max value column multiplies an offer's gem value by how many times you can buy it.
